Lyrics

What you want is just out side your reach You keep on sear-ching You're wal-king down that Pen-sa-co-la-Beach You keep re-pea-ting While you're wai-ting for that sound Ap-pa-ra-tus to the ground You're steal-ling from the lost and found But what you find Ain't what you had in mind Un-til you find your Rol-lex in the sand You won't be stop-ping Un-til that sol-lid gold is in your hand You won't be hap-py Call your off-fice on the phone Can't say you won't be com-ming home You're bal-lan-cing va-ca-tions on a rope Oh oh ohohoh

Notice

A couple notes about the song: The song has a bit of a swing/triplet feel to it. When you combine a triplet feel and let ring on Guitar Pro, for some reason it doesn't let all the notes ring. So just listen to the rhythm and let the notes ring when you play. The thing about this song is with the rhythm guitar the notes aren't that fixed, so you can just kinda pluck and strum at parts, just kinda go with the feel, you don't have to pluck the exact strings that are on the track, just let it all ring and form the chords. Also, as implied up there, rhythm is recomended to be played with fingers, I think it sounds better and lead can be played with fingers or pick, whatever is your personal preference. Drums sound like they're being played with a brush, give it a swing feel and just groove on the snare and bass drum. As for the bass, the interlude to outro has a bit of a better bass-line but it was a bit hard to hear on the record, sorry. :) So I just kinda went for something similar. Oh and I'm well aware that the vocal notes aren't that good, I tried and I just wanted a way to give the lyrics to the song as well.
